This morning I went out to see whether Jim had turned out Leo yet and discovered a happy little surprise! Vess had (finally!) had her baby!
It’s a little girl and looks to be mostly whitish with a little strawberry hue around her ears. She’s gorgeous and so very sweet, much like her mother. Vess is a sweet tempered donkey…
we’re fairly certain she’s glad she’s no longer pregnant.
Anyway… she’s eating well…
although sibling relations are a bit questionable…
Luckily she’s got a doting mama to keep her safe…
